Information you provide

When you send an enquiry, the form collects your name, requirement, business type, and—if you choose to provide it—your business name. A free audit request may also include your website URL. The form can include the advertising identifiers present in the page address, such as gclid and UTM campaign parameters.

How enquiry information is used

I use enquiry details to understand your request, contact you about it, and review which campaigns bring people to the site. The details are not added to a marketing mailing list. Submissions are sent from your browser to a Google Sheet, through Google Apps Script, for follow-up.

Cookies and advertising measurement

This site does not currently load Google Analytics, Google Ads tags, or other advertising measurement scripts. If measurement is added later, this policy will be updated before it is enabled.

This build does not load a Meta Pixel. If Meta tracking is added later, the policy and any applicable consent controls should be reviewed before it is enabled. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect some measurement features.

Retention and sharing

Enquiry information is kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain relevant business records. It is shared with the service providers required to operate the form, store an enquiry when configured, and measure site performance or campaigns.
